  • Refusing delivery (return to sender)

    Before refusing delivery you can contact us to make sure your shipment can be refused, and that you are refunded in a timely manner. 

     

    • Refused shipments are treated as a regular return (2-3 business days to process upon arrival).
    • Not all shipments can be refused. Please check with us for options before refusing delivery.

     

  • Shipping claim status

    Once a shipping claim is reported it will go through the following process. The total processing time of a shipping.

    • The total processing time of a shipping claim from Step 1 to Step 3 can be 2 – 5 business days. See below for more info.

     

    Step 1: Report a shipping problem
    You can issue a shipping claim through your account history or by tracking your order. To issue a shipping claim, click on the "Delivery Issues" button on your order as shown below which will allow you to fill out a form to file a shipping claim with us.

    Once the claim form has been submitted, You will get an update in 1-4 hours via email with more information about your claim.

    Step 2: Claim Review
    Once your claim has been submitted it will go through the review process and at each stage, you will be notified via email.

     
    You can also log in to your account and check the status of your claim under Return Status / History:

    Step 3: Claim Resolution
    If Approved
    A final resolution will be arranged such as a refund or replacement.

    or
    If Denied
    Your claim has been declined and at that point no further resolution will be taken.

  • Estimated Arrival Date

    At Kryptex Miners, we strive to deliver your packages promptly. Our system offers the best-estimated arrival date, but please be aware that factors such as order issues, inventory shortages, or credit card verification issues can cause delays and affect the estimated arrival date.

    Our 1-5 business day order processing time is separate from the shipping timeframe, ensuring we prepare your order correctly before shipment.

    What can cause a delay and affect the estimated arrival date?

    • Order Issue (error with the product.)
    • Inventory shortage
    • Credit Card Verification issue (can take up to 2 business days)
    • Incorrect shipping/billing address
    • Missing house number, unit number etc.
    • Weather conditions
    • Customs (International)

    How do we define a business day?

    A “Business Day” means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday, U.S. federal holiday, or any other holiday observed by Kryptex Miners.

    Please note that if a Kryptex Miners-observed holiday falls on a Saturday, Kryptex Miners generally observes the holiday on the preceding Friday.

    Important

    The estimated arrival date is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.

  • Tracking a package

    Once your order is ready you will receive your tracking number directly in your email. You can track your package through the carrier or directly through the link in your email.

  • Reporting a delivery issue

    Something wrong with your delivery? Let us know within 15 days of the delivery date and we’ll start a refund.

    How to report a delivery issue

    1. Find your order.
    Sign in and open your order history. If you checked out as a guest, use Find Your Order instead.

    2. Click Delivery Issues on your order.
    The button sits at the top-right of the order, next to Refund, Replace, and Get Product Help.

    3. Select the affected items.
    Check each item that has an issue.

    4. Pick a reason and add details.
    Choose the reason that fits, then describe what happened so our team can help quickly.

    5. Submit your request.
    We’ll email you with refund or replacement details — typically within 2–3 business days.

    Which reason should you choose?

     Damaged — the item or its packaging arrived broken. Include clear photos of both the item and the shipping box (even if the box looks fine on the outside). You may be asked to return the item; if so, we’ll email a free return label.

     Lost Shipment — tracking says delivered, but you never received the package. If other items in the order need to be reported for a different reason, file those as a separate request.

     Missing Item — the package arrived but one or more items inside are missing.

    How long does processing take?

    Once we receive your request, we’ll process it within 2–3 business days. You’ll get one email when the request is issued and another once it’s been processed. If we need more time, we’ll let you know by email.

    Do I have to return multiple items separately?

    If your items shipped in separate boxes, yes — each box ships back on its own return label. Items that arrived in the same box can usually go back together.



  • Item is missing from your order

    If an item is missing from your order, please follow the below steps:

    1. If there is more than one package in your order, make sure they have all been delivered.
    2. Carefully check the packing material (smaller items may be hidden).
    3. If you can’t find the item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Calculating the shipping cost

    The shipping cost for an order can be calculated in 3 easy steps. 

    To calculate the shipping for your order, continue through checkout to the Delivery stage. All available shipping methods and fees will be updated according to your Zip/Postal Code.


  • Cross shipping

    We currently don’t offer cross-shipping. Returns must be received and inspected before we ship a replacement. 
    Important: If you need a quicker replacement, we recommend returning your item for a refund (if eligible) and simply placing a new order.

  • Free shipping

    We Offer free delivery for all orders


  • International shipping

    kryptexminers.com ships to United States Of America only. 

  • Large Item Delivery

    Large Item Delivery is the shipping method we use for large items, such as TVs and appliances.

    • The shipping carrier is Sameday.
    • Delivery takes 3-7 business days.
    • Sameday Worldwide will call you beforehand to schedule a convenient delivery time.
    • Adult signature is required.
    Options Details
    Front Door The driver will bring the item to your front door. They will not unpack the item.
    White Glove The driver will bring the item into the room of your choice, unpack it and dispose of any packaging you do not want (this is not always recommended, in case you need to return the item).

  • PO Boxes

    We do not offer deliveries to PO Boxes.
